The soul has greater need of the ideal than the real for it is by the real that we exist, it is by the ideal that we live

What, me worry?

Replacement for the donkey...this is much more accurate.

I'm compelled to wonder exactly when it's time to worry about getting burned at the stake.

Yesterday, the democrats proved once again that they're not a viable party anymore, they lack the organization, and they lack the moxey to keep their people motivated.

The Democrat's problem, (and thank God I saw the light and am no longer one of those losers) is that they can't keep their shit together. Ministers and Preachers, and Gods know those champions of hate, Catholic Priests got out in droves and told their faithful lemmings to get out and vote for Obama!!! Which, of course, since they're so uninformed and can barely make it through a trip to the grocery store without incident they did.

Now apathy has returned to their lives, and the paralysis sets in.

They're worried about the economy, about jobs, about their mani-pedi, just not the rest of the world.

We, as Americans carry such a large responsibility, yet we're kept so fucking stupid by our worthless educational system that we neglect it at every turn. I said it not long ago and I'll say it again and again. Apathy will be our undoing.

We've chosen and continue to support completely ineffective leadership in key roles, and we seem to think w can do nothing to change that.

It'll take an administration much more committed to change than this one actually is before we ever see real and valuable work in that area.

Of course, it'll take us waking up too. And with the deep and troubled sleep we spend most of our time reveling in, that's not likely.

And so it goes:

How can you vote no to love?
